Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped from American Fork, UT. 

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the Continental United States only.

Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

For orders under $100, a $9 flat rate for standard shipping applies.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders with standard shipping are usually processed within 2–3 business days before shipping. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not business days. At times, processing may take a bit longer if I’m traveling, but I’ll always do my best to get your order out as quickly as possible!

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information — if you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

If you need your order expedited, please email us at poppyandpansyco@gmail.com and we can invoice you for upgraded shipping options.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping orders are processed once payment and address verification are confirmed. Delivery typically occurs within 3–10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Local Pickup

If you select Local Pickup at checkout, you may pick up your order in American Fork, UT on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12-5pm. 

Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup — please wait for this email before arriving. As well as send an email in advance to poppyandpansyco@gmail.com with a date and time you plan to pick up. 

When picking up, bring your order confirmation for verification.

Please note:

• Local pickup is not available on federal holidays.

• Orders must be picked up within 14 days of receiving your “ready for pickup” email.

• If an order is not picked up within 30 days, it may be canceled, and store credit will be issued.

• Check our Instagram for updates on any temporary pickup closures.
