Return policy

We offer returns for store credit within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. This means you have 14 days from when your package is delivered to send your item back to us for store credit only.

Customers that opt into Checkout+ will receive a free return label. Customers who don't will purchase their label at the end of the return request.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in their original condition

Returned with tags attached and in original packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense. Returns requested after 14 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed once received. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your store credit as soon as your return is complete.

Damages and Issues

We want you to love every piece you receive! Please check your order as soon as it arrives and let us know immediately if something isn’t right — whether it’s a defect, damage, or the wrong item. We’ll take care of it for you as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are processed the same way as returns.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable, and the following items are not eligible for store credit:

Items showing signs of wear or damage after being tried on

Items that have been washed

Items without the original tag attached

Purchases made fully or partially with store credit

Intimates (including bralettes) and bodysuits

Jewelry and accessories

Holiday or seasonal items

Sale items — all sale items are final sale

Any item purchased at 25% off or more is considered final sale

All seasonal promotions or sales are final, regardless of discount


Order Cancellations

Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Once your order has been assigned a tracking number and scanned by carrier, it is no longer within our control. If your package is lost in transit, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
